This blog is for anyone who buys the Hajime no Ippo digital manga straight from the official Japanese source, but wants a better, easier way of navigating the chapters... even if that's just me.
Whereas the official page just puts the chapters in reverse chronological order, requiring the user to click on もっと見る several times to get to the earliest chapters, this blog will, eventually, link to all the chapters, sorted by volume. Later on I'll note which manga chapters correspond to which anime episodes.
I'll be copying the Wikipedia articles as well for translations/transliterations of the chapters, minus the leading zero.
This whole thing is a work in progress; I'll aim for logging five volumes a day, and then I'll slow down once I reach where I'm at in the manga (currently 635/1430).
You might also want to consider getting the digital manga volumes from some place like DLsite, though Hajime no Ippo is one of the manga series that absolutely requires you to be on a VPN so you can pretend you're in Japan. Once purchased, you don't need to turn the VPN on again to read the manga. I've purchased from DLsite plenty.
